Four new pieces launched for 2010

Jellybean Row is pleased to announce four new designs for 2010. These bright, colourful pieces showcase homes on Gower Street and Military Road, along with a new colour variation on our classic Victoria Street design. All are available in large size and small. Christmas versions will be available in the fall of 2011. Please click Browse & Buy for a closer look. To experiment with combinations and wall colours, try our Mix & Match feature.

Rubbing shoulders with the stars at Bell Celebrity Gala

Jellybean Row was the only product from Newfoundland to be featured at the Bell Celebrity Gala, October 14, 2010 in Toronto. Hundreds of the "who's who" in entertainment, sports and media join Canada's most influential business leaders at the Gala, the largest celebrity-attended event in the country. Four of our best-selling pieces are up for bids at the auction part of the event.

What do Bieber, Bublé, Metric and K'naan have in common?

Four of Canada's most popular acts left St. John's with a stash of Jellybean Row. Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Metric, K'naan and 116 other artists presented or performed at Juno Awards 2010, in St. John's. They all received a special gift bag, featuring high-end products from the most elite producers and manufacturers in the country - including two Jellybean Row pieces each. Jellybean Row was the only product from Newfoundland and Labrador to be included in the swag bag, and we're pretty proud of that.

Media attention across North America

Jellybean Row has attracted a stampede of high profile media coverage, since launching in August 2006. We’ve also had national coverage in Canadian Living magazine, and Progress magazine, along with an item by Toni Marie Wiseman on the NTV Evening Newshour. As well, there has been considerable notice on the Internet, with the product featured at a variety of blogs and web sites, including Jessica Gottlieb in Los Angeles, Citizen of the Month in New York, All American Mommy in Michigan, Parents With Style in Michigan, Elfster in Oakland, California, Design Ties in Ontario, Missing the Rock in Ontario, and placed in the top 20 during November 2008 in the Mommy Blips ranking in the U.S.

Compare Colours, Combos With Mix & Match

Wondering what Jellybean Row combination will work best in your home décor? If so, try our new Mix and Match feature. You can click and drag up to five of your favorite house designs onto a palette, where you can change the background to match the color of your wall. It’s fun, and makes the selection process so much easier. (People have been known to spend hours deciding which houses to purchase.) Hint: Try New Gower Khaki, Cochrane Yellow and Victoria Red. It’s our biggest selling combo. Church Hill Blueberry, Cochrane Yellow and Bates Hill Heritage Red is another popular grouping.

People’s Choice Award at Craft Fair

Jellybean Row won the People’s Choice Best Booth Award 2008 at the Christmas at the Glacier event, the largest fair of its kind in Newfoundland, with 150 exhibitors and 25,000 guests over five days. The award was chosen by a vote of the shoppers themselves, based on product quality and booth presentation. There were some tremendous booths at the show, so we are quite pleased with this award.

New Houses Released

Jellybean Row is pleased to release two new pieces for 2008, inspired by real Victorian heritage homes on some of the oldest streets in North America. Our two new images, and their matching Christmas counterparts, focus on the distinctive houses of Church Hill and Bates Hill, which both run north from Duckworth Street. The two new additions are available in small and large sizes, as well as their matching Christmas versions.
